Nikhil Anand, one of the most influential and successful beauty pageant directors in India has acquired the franchise rights of Miss Grand International competition for Bangladesh. He is also the director for India for the said international beauty pageant. The representative of Bangladesh to the 2024 Miss Grand International beauty pageant will be selected by the Indian organization, Glamanand Group under the directorship of Nikhil Anand. He is the first and only Indian pageant owner till date to hold directorship for 2 countries. The representative will be officially crowned as Miss Grand Bangladesh 2024 and she will be representing Bangladesh at the 2024 Miss Grand International competition.
Miss Grand International is one of the biggest and most anticipated international beauty pageants in the world. The event is headquartered in Thailand and is owned by Thai entrepreneur and television personality, Nawat Itsaragrisil. The event is famous for its extravagantly colossal and lavish production value and amazingly beautiful and magnificent winners. The reigning Miss Grand International titleholder is Luciana Fuster from Peru. She is the second candidate from Peru to win this prestigious title. Since the competition’s inception, countries like the United States of America, Venezuela, Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar have hosted this prestigious event.
The Miss Grand Bangladesh title is under the possession of the organization named Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The same organization also holds the rights to select India’s representatives to the Miss Grand International competition. The winner of Glamanand Supermodel India, one of the leading national pageants in India, represents India at Miss Grand International competition. The organization is famous for its grand level of finale stage production and several different pageantry events and activities. The organization is associated with some of the top notch international fashion designers and pageant coaches from different parts of the world. As the organization gears up to crown Miss Grand Bangladesh 2024, it will be indeed very interesting to see who would represent Bangladesh at the 2024 Miss Grand International competition.
